Gary Pinkerton is a well-known financial educator in the Cleveland area and specializes in the issues that business executives and seniors deal with on a day-to-day basis. Gary has advised executives and retirees from GM, Ford, Lincoln Electric, Microsoft, and GE. He is the President of Pinkerton Wealth Management, which provides comprehensive management with superior service; helping their clients achieve their personal goals.
Gary and his wife Paula have three children and live in the Chagrin Valley area.

Paula Pinkerton - Vice President

Paula and her husband Gary founded Pinkerton Wealth together over five years ago. She has been instrumental in establishing the company and keeping Gary on course. Her primary duties include Marketing and Event Coordination.

Paula was born in Virginia, but has spent the last 20 years in the Cleveland area and has three teenage children.  She also is co-founder & partner of Ohio Photographs, a company dedicated to improving Pinkerton Wealth’s web and print presence.  She is an avid photographer and artist, and stays busy with her family.

Denise Gott - Long Term Care Specialist

Denise is the leading Long Term Care Specialist in the North East Ohio area. She has 15 years experience in the insurance industry, with the 8 most recent years concentrated in the long term care arena. She was a featured speaker at the 5th Annual Long Term Care Forum in Las Vegas, NV and has presented to the State of Ohio committee on Medicare & Medicaid Financing.

As part of the public education service, Denise is available to area groups and companies for briefing sessions, after-dinner talks, and lectures. Denise is a native of Oberlin, Ohio and presently resides in Rocky River, OH with Tom and two Schnauzers, Izzy and Buddy

Sherri Shaw - Office Manager

Sherri joined Pinkerton Wealth in 2004 as Office Manager & Event Coordinator.  At that time, her primary job responsibilities included preparing portfolio updates for client meetings and organizing customer events.  She has taken on the additional responsibility of the Client Services area as a New Business Coordinator where she processes paperwork for investment changes of new and existing client portfolios.  She currently holds a Series 6 securities license through Commonwealth Financial Network.  Sherri worked in Solon for 20 years at Keithley Instruments, where she gained knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations.

On a personal note, Sherri was raised in a small town in Ohio and has made a home for her family in Aurora.  She has three children, a son Adam who is currently serving in the Army and two daughters Stephanie and Kayla.
