Executive Team, VP of Operations

Trish Glendening is a member of the PWM Executive Team and the Vice President of Operations. She has worked for PWM since 2002, and has been a member of the Management Team since 2005.

Trish is responsible for the day to day management of office operations and is integrally involved in the hiring and on-boarding of new PWM team members. She coordinates client events and provides concierge services to out-of-state potential clients visiting our firm. She enjoys planning vacations for employees as they reach each five year anniversary with our firm, a loyalty bonus enjoyed by all.

Trish is married to Ron, has four children, and multiple grandchildren. Trish & Ron enjoy traveling, spending time with their growing family, and serving in their local church.
